The Invisible Band is an exciting new concept in party entertainment led by Kenny Friedman.

• He's a graduate of Berklee College of Music
• He's played at hundreds of weddings and other private functions over the last eight years
• Since 1996, he's been Musical Director of the "Harris Lane Band of Hank Lane Music", a top band in the industry.

Combining his musical knowledge, wedding experience and vast knowledge of electronic musical instruments, Kenny has put together a 'virtual band'. Kenny plays guitar accompanied by dynamic lead singers and multi-instrumentalists. All of the other elements of the band - keyboards, bass, drums and percussion, string and horn sections - are pre-programmed using the latest technology.

It actually sounds better. Kenny programs every note of every song himself. Not only are there no wrong notes, but painstaking measures are taken to make sure that every song has a 'live band' feel and a full sound. The Invisible Band also brings its own concert-quality sound system to every party it plays. This ensures that the sound at your party will be second to none.

Since all of the Invisible Band's instruments are electronic, they sound great at any volume - loud, soft and everywhere in between. When a fully live band is asked to turn down the volume, the amount of energy in the music decreases - this is inherent in the physical aspects of playing music. This is not the case with The Invisible Band. Even with the sound level turned down, there's no loss in sound quality or energy.

Special requests, i.e. a first dance, parent dance or favorite song, will be prepared beforehand to make sure that they sound truly amazing. Spontaneous requests can easily be played with pre-programmed drum beats. After being in the music business for so many years, there are very few songs that Kenny doesn't know. Requests are always welcome.

The Invisible Band has something for everybody. From the swing sound of the 40's to today's Top 40, we cover everything! Rock 'n Roll of the 50's - Motown of the 60's - Disco of the 70's - 80's New Wave and today's hits - there's nothing we can't do. Every song is specially arranged with party energy and dancing in mind. The Invisible Band is sure to be a hit with you and your guests!
